Terms and Conditions – Baji Logan Gaming Platform

2. Eligibility

To register and use baji logan, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Baji logan strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not open personal player accounts on baji logan.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from baji logan or any other gaming platform under a voluntary or regulatory exclusion programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, using another person's payment methods, or funding your account from a source that does not belong to you.
• You must be accessing baji logan from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of baji logan or any of its associated companies, technology providers, or affiliate partners.

Baji logan reserves the right to request documentation confirming any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on baji logan at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or any other variation — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any additional details requested during the registration process. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact baji logan support immediately.
• Baji logan will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• Account usernames, once set, cannot be changed. Choose carefully during registration.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your baji logan balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal above the standard unverified threshold can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Funds that have been credited as a bonus must complete the stated wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Any balance that is under active investigation for fraud, collusion, or AML review will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

Baji Logan targets a withdrawal processing time of under ten minutes for withdrawals to EasyPaisa and JazzCash during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on banking system timings. Baji logan does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts, though your receiving institution may apply their own charges.

Baji Logan reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is not intended to delay legitimate withdrawals. Players who cooperate with verification requests promptly will experience the fastest possible processing times.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Baji Logan accepts sports bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, virtual sports, and other markets as listed in the sportsbook at any given time. All bets placed on baji logan are subject to the following general sports betting rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation — the accepted odds will be shown on your confirmed bet slip.
• A bet is only valid once you receive a confirmed bet slip reference number from baji logan. Bets that have not received confirmation should be treated as unplaced.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on any market, baji logan reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies even to already settled bets where the error is identified after settlement.
• In-play bets are subject to the live match situation at the time of confirmation. Baji Logan is not responsible for delays between a bet being placed and being confirmed due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• PSL and international cricket bets are settled on the official result as declared by the match governing body. No-results (rain, abandonment) are settled according to the specific market rules displayed in the PSL betting section.
• Maximum single bet and accumulator limits apply per event. These are displayed in the bet placement interface and may vary by sport, event, and market.

8. Casino and Live Game Rules

All casino, live dealer, and card games available on baji logan operate according to the specific rules displayed within each game. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. Baji Logan provides a rules summary for all games within the platform.

For live dealer games, the following additional rules apply:

• The result of any live dealer game is determined by the physical outcome of the deal or spin as recorded by the live studio cameras. In the event of a technical fault that prevents a complete round, all bets for that round are voided and stakes are returned.
• Chat functions within live dealer tables are provided for social interaction and general game communication. Abusive, offensive, or threatening messages directed at dealers or other players will result in immediate chat access revocation and may lead to account suspension.
• RNG (random number generator) games on baji logan use independently certified RNG technology. The certification body and audit date are available on request from baji logan support.
• Game history and bet records are retained by baji logan for a minimum of 90 days and are available to players on request through the account history section.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Baji Logan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity has occurred in connection with the account.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the baji logan platform or other players.
• The account holder has failed to complete required identity verification within the stated timeframe.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, baji logan will communicate this to the registered contact details and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld legitimate balance released.

Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting baji logan support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing time.

11. Privacy and Data

Baji Logan collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on baji logan, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling commitments from baji logan:

• Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to baji logan.
• Financial data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal requirements and our data retention obligations.
• Baji Logan may share data with regulators, law enforcement, and payment processors as required by applicable law or our regulatory licence obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

Baji Logan is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for Pakistani players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Configure automatic session time-out periods that log you out after a defined duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from baji logan at any time. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed once applied. Temporary exclusions can be applied for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months.
• Reality check reminders: Enable timed pop-up notifications that show you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.

13. Limitation of Liability

Baji Logan provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Baji Logan is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Baji Logan is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules or Terms prior to placing a bet.
• In cases where baji logan is found liable, the maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of real-money balance held in your account at the time the claim arose.
• Nothing in these Terms limits baji logan's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Gambling involves risk of financial loss. Baji Logan does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the platform. Play only what you can afford to lose.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Baji Logan reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, baji logan will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

For minor amendments (such as clarifications, formatting changes, or non-material updates), baji logan may update the Terms immediately and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page without individual notification.

Continued use of the baji logan platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10 above.
